Acceptance
By accessing or using AltGrowth you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of service
AltGrowth is an AI-powered growth-strategy tool. It provides a free Diagnose & Plan tier and a paid Execute tier ($199 / 90-day cycle, one-time charge). The service uses large language models to generate hypotheses, plans, and suggestions — these are informational only and should not be treated as professional business, legal, or financial advice.
Account and access
- You must provide a valid email address to use AltGrowth. You are responsible for maintaining access to that email.
- Free accounts may hold one growth plan. Additional plans require active Execute access.
- Execute access is granted for 90 days from the date of purchase. It is a one-time charge; access is not automatically renewed.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service (e.g. automated scraping, credential sharing at scale).
Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing Execute access you agree to Stripe’s Services Agreement. All sales are final. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Intellectual property
The content of the AltGrowth platform (code, design, copy) is owned by AltGrowth. The growth plans, check-ins, and business information you enter belong to you. We claim no ownership over your content.
AI-generated content
AltGrowth uses Anthropic’s Claude to generate diagnoses and plans. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Always apply your own judgment before acting on any AI-generated suggestion. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from following AI-generated recommendations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AltGrowth’s liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will notify you by email if the changes are material. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
